The food and how you eat is one of the most important factors for your wellbeing.
As all of your body tissues are assimilated from the food you consume it is important to eat high quality food. Equally important is how you eat your food, with that in mind I have created a 7 day MINDFUL EATING CHALLENGE.
Are you ready for the 7 day challenge? All I ask of you is to incorporate just 4 small but powerful changes to how you eat your meals. Anyone can do this, there are no special requirements, no fancy ingredients or equipment needed.
Food plays a pivotal role in providing the body with nourishment. What and how you eat effects your mind, body and spirit. The focus on many changing fad diets and food recommendations fail to give any attention on how you eat. By taking care of your eating experience you are providing your digestive system with the best environment to digest, absorb, assimilate and build good quality tissue. Food provides nourishment, promoting good health and vitality.
Modernity has brought about many conveniences but ironically is often at the expense of our wellbeing. We somehow find ourselves rushing from one thing to another and never truly focusing. Mental as well as physical exhaustion results in poor choices and the spiral continues. Everything you do impacts your digestive system. By bringing back a connection to your food and by treating our meal times as a sacred act we can start to align to the natural rhythms of the universe. This is one simple step in the right direction.
