I am Claire, founder of Inner Nourishment and an Ayurvedic wellbeing educator.
My work centres on translating the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda into clear, practical guidance for modern life. I focus on restoring rhythm, supporting digestion and strengthening daily practices that transform health over time.
Through structured programs, reflective writing and small group spaces, I guide others to reconnect with their natural intelligence and build wellbeing that feels steady, nourishing and sustainable.
My approach honours individuality while remaining grounded in traditional principles.
