I am Claire, founder of Inner Nourishment and an Ayurvedic wellbeing educator.

My work centres on translating the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda into clear, practical guidance for modern life. I focus on restoring rhythm, supporting digestion and strengthening daily practices that transform health over time.

Through structured programs, reflective writing and small group spaces, I guide others to reconnect with their natural intelligence and build wellbeing that feels steady, nourishing and sustainable.

My approach honours individuality while remaining grounded in traditional principles.

Nourishing Habits Plan – £60 (50 minutes)

A focused session to establish simple, personalised eating and lifestyle rhythms that support digestion and steady energy.

Full Ayurvedic Consultation – £125 (1 hour plus 30 minute follow up)

A comprehensive exploration of your constitution, current imbalances and daily patterns, followed by a personalised wellness plan

Grounding Practices for Daily Balance – £45 (40 minutes)

Practical techniques to regulate your nervous system and create steadiness within your daily routine
